Shopping with dedalaw

These terms apply to your use of the dedalaw website and orders placed with dedalaw. Our store is powered by Shopify. The seller of products purchased from this store is dedalaw; Shopify provides the commerce platform.

Please also read our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting provision in these terms.

Your information and account

Provide accurate billing, shipping and contact details, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable. If you create an account, keep its login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Products, prices and orders

Product pages describe the item, available options and price. Select your size and color carefully before ordering. Images are intended to show the product accurately, but screen settings can affect how colors appear.

The checkout displays the currency, applicable taxes and total payable before you place your order. A promotion applies only under the conditions stated with that promotion. We do not add undisclosed optional services to your order.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability. If an item cannot be supplied, or a material error affects your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction with your agreement or cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid for it. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Free standard shipping and the estimated delivery window are described in our Shipping Policy. Send cancellation or address-change requests to info@dedalaw.com as soon as possible. A request may not be possible to complete after dispatch. Return eligibility and the refund process are set out in our Refund Policy.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users.

The dedalaw name and site content, together with third-party product names, photographs and other materials, belong to their respective owners or licensors. Shopping on this site does not transfer intellectual property rights to you. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without the relevant permission.

Third-party services and site availability

External links and payment services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when you choose to use them. We take reasonable care to keep the store accurate and available, but occasional interruptions or errors may occur. Contact us if something prevents you from managing an order.

Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. An update will not remove rights relating to an order already placed. Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to your purchase.
